Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or swatched.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
